SEOUL, South Korea | Floatic, a prominent provider of AMR solutions for e-commerce warehouses, has successfully completed a trial test with LogisALL, a leading logistics solutions provider. The test validated the effectiveness of their robotic solution in increasing picking productivity by more than 2x.
This project marks the first official collaboration between Floatic and LogisALL, following their strategic partnership announcement earlier this year. The goal of the project was to demonstrate the synergies between the two companies, utilizing LogisALL’s expertise in Consulting, Engineering, and Systems (CES) for warehouse automation, in combination with Floatic’s picking AMR solution, known as “Floware.”
The trial took place at LogisALL’s Global Fulfillment Center (GFC) in Incheon, South Korea, focusing on e-commerce order fulfillment items. Results showed a productivity increase of more than 2x. While manual picking took over 20 minutes for ten order pickings, the collaboration of three robots and one warehouse worker reduced the time to less than ten minutes. Furthermore, error rates and fatigue were significantly reduced by eliminating the need for workers to move around the entire warehouse center.

Based on the successful results, Floatic and LogisALL plan to showcase the benefits of AMR solutions in e-commerce warehouses and expand their market presence. Leveraging LogisALL’s nationwide network, the companies aim to introduce Floware across South Korea’s warehouse industry.
The companies also plan to deepen their partnership by launching a comprehensive e-commerce warehouse automation solution. This will involve integrating LogisALL’s Warehouse Management System (WMS) and packaging solutions with Floware, providing streamlined deployment and operational ease in diverse warehouse environments.
